Your Statutory Rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Ordering Online:

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. We aim to ensure that all information on our website is correct.  However, we cannot be held responsible for the use of the information given. Please read the following Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order.

Orders placed are mere offers to purchase and shall not be accepted or binding until payment has been made in full by credit/debit card.  We employ a method of interaction that does not compromise credit card information.  Our online system is 100% secure.

All goods are subject to availability.  We retain the right to cancel any order at any time.  If we fail to supply the goods for any reason, we will provide a full refund.  We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods, or if you have ordered the incorrect goods.

We will do our utmost to keep all prices and information as up to date as possible.  However, occasionally information from our suppliers can change at short notice, therefore we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices at short notice.

Returns:

Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of desptach of the goods.  We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified out of this period.  Goods must be returned carriage paid and be accompanied by either the relevant invoice or appropriate proof of purchase.  All goods returned must be in their original packing, and in a re-saleable condition.

Goods returned for exchange will be subject to a 15% handling fee.  All goods supplied but not required will be subject to a 25% handling fee, minimum fee £25.00

All refunds will be issued back to the card from which the original payment was made.

Warranties & Guarantees:

All guarantees for products are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.  If a manufacturer decides that a warranty claim is not valid then we will not be liable for any compensation.

Complaints:

Shoud we receive a complaint about any part of our service, then it will be dealt with promptly within 5 working days.
