Delivery Options Explained

 

 

JBS offer a variety of delivery options online depending on destination, size, weight, value and how quickly you require your order. A brief explanation of each is below:

UK Mainland Deliveries

Standard Delivery - Please allow 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri). Requires a signature on delivery.

Express Delivery - This is a next working day (Mon-Fri) trackable courier service requiring a signature on delivery. Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify for next day delivery and all items must be in stock.

UK Non Mainland Deliveries

Scottish Isles & Highlands 2-3 Days - Please allow 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri). Requires a signature on delivery. 

Northern Ireland Economy - Please allow 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri). Requires a signature on delivery.

Isle Of Man / Isle Of Scilly 48 Hours - Please allow 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri). Requires a signature on delivery.

Guernsey / Jersey - These destinations are covered by our European Delivery service.

European Delivery - A door to door delivery service for the majority of Europe. Usually delivered within 2-7 working days (Mon-Fri), however times can vary between countries due to customs clearance etc. PLEASE NOTE: All European Delivery costs on the website are an initial quote only. We will contact you, prior to despatching the goods, if the delivery charge will be more than quoted on the website.

International Delivery - For delivery to the rest of the World outside of Europe. This delivery service is calculated on volumetric size so prices are shown as an indication only and are subject to insurance where applicable. Proceed through the checkout as normal and if the final delivery cost differs from quoted on the website a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details.

Unfortunately we cannot send any items to PO Box addresses outside of the UK

Returns:

Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of despatch of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified out of this period. Goods must be returned carriage paid and be accompanied by either the relevant invoice or appropriate proof of purchase. All goods returned must in their original packing, and in a re-saleable condition.  Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, had sealant/grease applied or the packaging damaged.

Goods returned after 7 days for exchange will be subject to a 25% handling fee, minimum fee £25.00.

Goods which are not normally stocked and therefore specifically ordered from a supplier cannot be accepted back for credit under any circumstances.

All refunds will be issued back to the card from which the original payment was made.
