3.2 24v V6 Turbo Conversion

 

When it comes to high power 3.2 24V V6 tuning, there's no doubting that JBS is leading the way in forced induction design and development.

We offer 4 stages of our turbo kit in 2 versions:

The GTS Series for the MK4 Golf R32, Mk1 Audi TT and A3.

And the new TS Turbo Kit series is for the new Mk5 Golf R32 and TT 250Bhp 3.2 24v V6.

Both turbo kit series range from 380 - 650 Bhp and more.....

3.2 24V V6 Kits

Our entry level 3.2 turbo kit for the Mk4 boosts the standard V6 engine from 240 to 380 Bhp.

The turbo package utilises the standard OEM manifold, throttle position and internals along with a JBS specified spacer gasket, Phase 3 Stage 1 Custom-Code and custom inlet pipe work to keep the OEM look.

The GTS 380 uses a custom Garrett GT30 turbo with internal wastegate to help with packaging and the hybrid unit boasts a quick spool time thanks to a trick exhaust turbine and other modifications.

With up-rated 550cc injectors, a 4 inch MAF housing and a custom built 3 inch downpipe/exhaust with a high flow cat or de-cat, the GTS 380 Stage 1 kit can achieve around 380bhp thanks to an in-house designed JBS high flow exhaust manifold.

To reach 440 Bhp just add a front mounted intercooler, Custom Boost pipes, 650cc injectors and Phase 3 Stage 2 Custom-Code software and the Stage 2 GTS 440 Kit is an easy power upgrade from the GTS 380 Kit.

GTS 440+

Beyond Stage 2, is the GTS 440+. This upgrade, stage 2.5, uses uprated engine internals, Pistons and Rods along with the GTS 440 manifold, turbo and down pipe set up to give the extra strength to boost the 3.2 V6 to just shy of 500 Bhp.



The JBS TS 380 is our non-intercooled entry level kit utilising the OEM inlet manifold. Taking your  second generation MK5 R32 (TT/A3) 3.2 24v V6 from 250 to 380bhp. This is how the 3.2 should have been produced at the factory.

The JBS TS 380 is the nearest thing to a OEM turbo kit money can buy. Designed, manufactured and mapped here in the UK specifically for RHD cars.

The JBS TS 380 kit is designed to look like it came direct from VAG.

Using the New JBS twin scroll exhaust manifold, with external wastegate and replacing the OEM downpipe with the JBS stainless steel CAD developed true 3" high flow downpipe.

 

 



The JBS TS 440 is our intercooled version of the Stage 1 turbo Kit utilising the OEM inlet manifold and key stage 1 components. Taking your  second generation Mk5 R32, TT,3.2 24v V6 from 250 to 440bhp.

The JBS TS 440 is a simple upgrade to the TS 380, with the help of a custom JBS front mounted intercooler, hard pipe boost circuit and Custom-Code Phase 3: Stage 2 software, giving increased power and torque. The JBS TS Turbo series is designed, manufactured and mapped here in the UK specifically for RHD cars.

TS 440+

The next step in the Forced Induction Series for the 3.2 V6 is the JBS TS 550.

Using a hybrid Twin Scroll Turbo, attached to a bespoke JBS stainless steel turbo manifold, that flows into a custom 3 inch downpipe and exhaust system.

With a front mounted intercooler added to the mix, this package requires a purpose built 3.2 V6 lump running Performance Forged Pistons and Rods.

The JBS TS 550 as the name suggests produces up to 550bhp.

Centring on a large a/r ratio turbo, this unit is specified to run on a big bore motor, boasting custom engine internals........

As part of a custom package tailored to your needs the TS 650 kit can include a choice of manifolds, a heavy duty clutch kit, performance differential, as well as up rated gear box internals, to give a massive 650bhp.

The TS 650 Kit will scare off any supercar. Boasting a 0-60 time of just 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 208 mph.
